Terms of Service

Welcome to LW CMS Pro ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LW CMS Pro, the LW-CMS Discord Bot, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

LW CMS Pro is a web-based alliance management platform designed for Last War: Survival alliance leaders. The Service provides:

Automated member power, kill, and Total Hero Power (THP) tracking via Vision AI screenshot scanning, CSV imports, and community data integration
Discord bot integration for leaderboard announcements, scheduled messages, roster reports, and slash commands
Leave of Absence (LOA) management and at-risk member detection
Officer dashboard tools for alliance coordination

LW CMS Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Last War: Survival, its developer (FirstFun), or any associated entities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your country) to use this Service. By using LW CMS Pro, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to the admin portal is granted by the alliance administrator via Discord OAuth2 role-based authentication or manual credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service's source code or infrastructure
Use the Discord bot to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages
Abuse API endpoints, overload servers, or engage in denial-of-service activities
Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense your LW CMS Pro license or access credentials
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user or organization

5. Licenses & Payments

LW CMS Pro operates on a subscription-based licensing model with monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime tiers.
Payments are accepted via Paysafecard, Amazon Gift Cards, Kinguin vouchers, Steam Wallet codes, and other supported methods.
All license purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Free trial licenses (7-day) are limited to one per alliance and may not be abused or repeatedly claimed.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing active licenses will not be affected by price changes during their current term.

6. Discord Bot Usage

The LW-CMS Discord Bot ("the Bot") operates within your Discord server after being invited by an authorized server administrator.
The Bot accesses only the Discord data necessary for its functionality: server member lists, role assignments, text channel lists, and message content within designated channels.
The Bot does not read, log, or store private/direct messages.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your Discord server members before enabling Bot features that display member data (e.g., leaderboards, roster reports).
The Bot complies with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord Developer Policy.

7. Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service (alliance names, member data, announcements, images).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell, share, or commercially exploit your alliance data.

8. Uptime & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may experience planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed in-game events resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LW CMS Pro, its developers, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or in-game progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server and ceasing to access the portal.
Upon termination, your stored data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days).

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord server or the platform dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
